Lewis is a passionate strength coach dedicated to helping young people build confidence, resilience, and a love for movement. He delivers fun, safe, and engaging sessions that develop coordination, balance, and foundational strength. With a focus on proper technique and encouragement, he empowers athletes of all abilities to move better and feel stronger while supporting their overall development.

Sam is a personal trainer, gym manager and a teen coach. Sam has also coached athletes through strongman events & competitions including teaching men to lift over 100kg atlas stones.
