Nicolas Franck Pauly is a French designer, photographer, certified yoga instructor, and freediving instructor based in London. He recently completed his yoga teacher training with Stewart Gilchrist, after years of study in London and India, including time in Mysore at the Sharath Yoga Centre. Fun, easy-going, expressive, and a little bit silly, Nicolas brings a joyful and grounded presence to his teaching. His approach is shaped by movement, breath, creativity, and a genuine love of human connection.
